Parenting Classes

In an effort to help children handle the stress of divorce, Parent Education and Family Stabilization courses are required under Florida Statute 61.21 and Administrative Order No. 5.1120 (E). The following link contains approved courses in the Eighth Judicial Circuit that meet this requirement. Please contact each provider for additional information.

Correspondence or internet courses will only be accepted for those living in counties in the state which do not have providers, for out-of-state residents, or on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the judge.
