Family Court Self Help Workshop

Judges, judicial assistants, and courthouse staff are prohibited from giving legal advice or legal counsel to any litigant.  The Family Court Self Help Workshop will not provide legal advice, legal counsel, or assist litigants when filling out any paperwork.  The Workshop also does not address Simplified Dissolution of Marriage.

If you have procedural questions that you would like answered in person, you may attend the Family Court Self Help Workshop. Workshops are held on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month at 2:00 PM in Room 400 of the Alachua County Family and Civil Justice Center.  Please call (352) 374-3694 to ensure that the workshop is available as scheduled prior to attending.
