There is also a ‘ready reference’ section of self-help legal guides for ‘pro se’ litigants. *The collection is cataloged and maintained by the Alachua County Library District and can be searched in its online catalog at: http://acld.lib.fl.us

Our self-help collection includes topics such as:

- Landlord/Tenant
- Small Claims

*Pro se litigants are nonlawyers who represent themselves in a legal matter. In other words, they act as their own attorney. Pro se litigation can involve extensive research and can be time consuming.
