Judgment
A judgment
is the written decision of the case and includes the amount of money to
be paid by one party to another, acts which must be performed, or property
which must be transferred. After the judgment is signed, it will be recorded
in the county’s public records and will be provided to the parties
either at the conclusion of the trial
or later by mail.
