By May 26, 2021 Uncategorized

Administrative Order 11.38, Modification of Safety Precautions, issued by Chief Judge Moseley today and effective immediately.

Administrative Order 11.38:

  1. Formally rescinds the screening questions and temperature check requirements to enter the courthouse, and
  2. Limits face mask and physical distancing requirements to in-person court proceedings only. Specifically, masks and physical distancing are now required only in courtrooms and hearing rooms where in-person court proceedings are taking place. Masks and physical distancing are no longer required for entry into the courthouse, in the hallways, or in other public areas of the courthouse.

We ask for everyone’s continued cooperation in complying with the face mask and physical distancing requirements during court events, as  we await the Supreme Court’s next order, in hopes that we can soon move to normal operations.
