- Alachua County Courthouses: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
- Baker County Courthouse: 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
- Bradford County Courthouse: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
- Gilchrist County Courthouse: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
- Levy County Courthouse: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
- Union County Courthouse: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
- On weekends and holidays, First Appearance, Shelter and Detention Hearings for all counties are conducted via videoconference from Courtroom 1A of the Judge Stephan P. Mickle, Sr. Criminal Courthouse commencing at 9:00 AM.
